 I was very impressed that this was a self-inflating pillow except for having to try and blow this product up, yourself.  Many inflatable travel pillows that I tried in the past ended up making me very light headed by the time I blew them up. this pillow will blow itself up to perfect size. The air nozzle/knob is easy to turn in order to get air in or out. The nozzle is really easy to even blow air into as well. it’s very comfortable as well even with this pillow not having a pillow case to put around it.

Simply open the pillow's air valve and the pillow will automatically self-inflate. To increase the speed of inflation or to adjust firmnesss gently blow through the air valve. At full size inflates to 20 x 12 inches. When rolled up measures 12 x 3.5 inches. Weight 10.5 ounces (like an apple!). Included elastic strap and stuff sack make it breeze to pack up and go.
